Hold the phone. I've missed fries so much since I cut back on carbs, but these really hit the spot. Fair warning, I do dip my fries in mayonnaise, but these crispy and savory fries taste fantastic. 

Take one rutabaga, peel and cut into ½ inch thick pieces. Make sure you really get the water out! It’ll definitely make them crispier. Throw onto a sheet pan (I always use foil), and season with 2 tbsp of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of salt and paprika, and a dash of pepper. Mix together so they’re evenly coated and pop in the oven at 450 degrees. I checked on them every 5 minutes to toss them so they cooked evenly for 20 minutes. Again, I might have to tweak the amount of time I cooked them for too.
